100% Elbling 11.5%; BD and VEGAN
Stunning terroir wine from extremely steep slopes along the Mosel. Icon Abi chooses optimally ripe grapes and harvests a month later than his colleagues. This translates into concentration intensity depth and complexity. Wonderful minerals and wonderfully rich, ripe fruit, dry, fragile. The Elbling is fermented on Taransot oak barrels that were previously used to make his top wine Clos du Paradis. Serving temperature:8-10 °C Serve with:North Sea crab; fried turbot with gravy of red cabbage and hot lightning ; sea bass with consomme Madrilene and much more.

A paragon of precision and delicacy. Only a mere 3500 bottles are made. The wood superiorly integrated, giving the wine only
but more complexity and extra roundness, taking it to another level of "finesse." A clear example of using wood to embellish the Alvarinho grape, without trying to score too much. Has something of a nice white Macon. Runs like a fine Burgundy.

Vegan, Organic.Family-run Pratello is located on the southwest side of Lake Garda. It has been working 100% organic and certified since 2004. Pratello produces, based on authentic grapes like Turbiano, Rebo, Manzoni and Gropello. convincing wines with expression and terroir. The organically grown Turbiano grapes ripen well on the slopes around Lake Garda where there is a mild climate.
A pure wine with fine minerality and mild acidity.The taste is full, soft and balanced. Serving temperature:12-14 °C
Serve with:both fresh and saltwater fish, with creamy soups, with pasta or risotto dishes.
PINOT BLANC "APOGEE" DOMAINE DES 2 LUNES, WETTOLSHEIM, ELZAS -
Biodynamic and VEGANSilky smooth biodynamic Alsatian "waning moon" pinot blanc from granite soil. Pale yellow in color with mild aroma containing some caramel and slight hint of toast. Harmonious wine with good filling, round, ripe and dry taste, a real all-rounder! A wine with a feminine touch: sisters Cecile and Amelie will personally make Alsace come back to life with their fine wines! Serving temperature:8-10 °C

Picture of an organic chenin blanc : Arnaud Herivault makes a beautiful, cultured, mouth-filling wine, elegant and complex with very little sweetness at the start . (Demi sec 17 grams of sugar) Pale yellow-green color and subdued, intriguing aroma. Depth and finesse. Very fine, almost lush, ripe yellow fruit with tone of yellow honey tropical fruit and citrus zest. A wine full of nuances. Serving temperature:8-10 °C

ALON WHITE GALI MOUNTAIN WINERY UPPER GALILEE ISRAEL
Composed of 75% Viognier, 18% Sauvignon Blanc and 7% Chardonnay grapes.
About half / 40% of the wine is barrel fermented "maw barrelfermented"after which the young wine is left to rest for another three months in French oak barrels. All thisgives aromas of ripe pear and apple pie with refreshing notes of mint and citrus. The taste is round and creamy with nice fresh acidity.

Serve with:Fried white fish and scallops, Eastern Mediterranean and Asian cuisine such as curries, fallafel and hummus.
