In terms of aroma, this wine has a high intensity. Fresh notes of citrus and a mineral background. There are aromas of white bleoemen and a slightly sweet character in the finish of honey. The aroma is very complex and evolves well in the glass. On the palate, the wine has exuberant acidity, present from start to finish. Creaminess dominates, with a slight sweetness in the background, characteristic of the garnacha blanca grape. In the finish, it leaves a slight bitterness full of elegance.
