    Vignobles des 2 lunes 'Mer du Nectar' is a Vendanges Tardives made from the Pinot Gris grape. It is golden yellow in color and as its name betrays, it smells deliciously of floral nectar and honey. Remarkably aromatic with scents of peach, pineapple and other tropical fruits that come across as ripe, sweet and candied.

    • About the vineyard

      The wines of "les 2 lunes" come from the know-how that flows through the veins of the two ladies. Sisters Amélie and Cécile Buecher represent 7th generation. For them, each harvest means a new birth for the winery. Special attention is therefore paid to the cultivation of their vineyards. The grapes are picked by hand, followed by careful selection of only the best grapes from each cluster. The well-maintained grapes provide an excellent blueprint for their typicity. The wines are never squeaky-clean, as they believe in a restful environment for the wine to be raised and aged. They have almost an obsession with making beautiful wine, in good harmony with nature. By the way, this applies not only to the wine, but also to the design of the bottle, packaging and closure. Biodynamic by heart!
