La Bodega de Pinoso Vermador Blanco Bio 2022

Vermador Blanco is pure and transparent, with color tones that emphasize freshness. On the nose, it has elegant aromas of medium intensity reminiscent of white flowers and citric acidity. On the palate, the wine is balanced, has very pleasant acidity and persistent fruit.
This wine is made from selected hand-picked Airén and Macabeo grapes. Thegrapes are soaked for 10 hours at a low temperature (10ºC) for maximum extraction of aromas. After the grape juice blooms "flor," it is transferred to stainless steel tanks with controlled fermentation. Fermentation lasts 15 days at temperatures ranging from 12 to 14 ºC.

    La Bodega de Pinoso, founded in 1932, is an increasingly organic bodega in the warm D.O. of Alicante, near Valencia. Under the inspirational leadership of Ana Amat, a talented young team works on the wines.

    They combine modern and traditional techniques, work with low levels of sulfites and use indigenous yeasts and preferably native grape varieties such as monastrell and airèn. The subsoil and microclimate around the winery are ideal for growing these grape varieties. They give the wines of La Bodega de Pinoso just that little something extra. An 'alma de vida', Mediterranean soul as the Spanish describe it.
