Sibiliana is the new project of the Sicilian winery Cantine Europa, created to select the best grapes and make affordable, high-quality wines. The goal is simple: to produce wines that can represent the environment and culture of Sicily's wine regions.
The production base consists of more than 4,500 hectares of vineyards in the provinces of Trapani, Agrigento and Palermo, managed by dedicated farming families who use contemporary techniques to protect ancient traditions. Unique because of the many different vineyards, their location and exosition. The sunshine of western Sicily, the mild breezy climate, the alternation of plains and rolling hills, are ideal conditions for sophisticated and selective viticulture.
And so, thanks to the numerous combinations of native and international grape varieties, soil characteristics, method of cultivation, vineyard exposition and planting height, it is possible to make a rigorous selection of grapes, ensuring the best possible quality of the wines produced.
