    Gabriele Palmas from Alghero, NW Sardinia makes splashy wines, briny, withsublime balance and finesse. Greatmeal companions with Provencal freshness and surprising minerality. He now has 15 acres of his 70 hectares planted

    with vines. Total production involves about 20,000bottles. All grapes are picked by hand. The white Vermentino di Sardegna has a fine balance of ripe stone fruit fruit and fine acidity. The red wines ofGabriele are surprising. No heavy wines but wines fullwith fruit, fine ripe tannins and above all a lot of purity. We arehappy that Papa Giuseppe was able to pass on his passion to his son Gabriele!
