1 Le "Cuvée Poirier" Louis de Grenelle, Loire, France,

Classic dry sparkling with 24 months of cellar aging. From Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Arbois grapes. Pale yellow with fine mousse. Uplifting scented like a spring morning, apple, lime, hint of pine wax, lightly smoky. Soft dry lively soft and round and deliciously juicy on the palate, pear and wild peach, good acidity, nice mousse, broad and generous, soft finish.

Pouring temperature: 6 - 8 °C

Serve with: toasts with goat cheese, Crab salad, prawns on toast, Pyramid Wolverlei; Duneweed; Pietra; Fiore; Kobunder goat; Wild meadow old; Lazulis; Reypenaer vsop; Nylander clove belegen; Wild meadow old; Pierre Robert; Pyramid Wolverlei , Maroilles

2Dama del Lago Verdejo Rueda,Spain

Winemaker Ángel Calleja is among the first batch of winemakers to graduate from the "Vidschool of Madrid." Cuatro Rayas' Verdejo grapes come from typical terraced vineyards with very poor soils of sand and clay. The high concentration of cobbles and sand in the upper soil layers creates a warm soil that makes the wines nicely accessible with shrouded acidity.Soft and fresh with fennel, green apple and banana, nice bouncy fruit, a bit richer in the finish.

Serving temperature: 8-10 °C

Serve with: Salmonidae, vb salmon with asparagus; sushi, white fish, seafood, shellfish, shrimp bisque; Thai beef salad; gado gado mackerel

3 Vergel blanco, Bodega de Pinoso, Alicante Spain

Intriguing, organically made wine from non-irrigated old vine Airen with 5% Sauvignon Blanc. Winemaker Ana Amat harvests early to prevent oxidation, she uses autochthonous (grape's own) yeasts and lets the wine ferment at low temperature which gives you those area-typical characteristics in the wine. Harmonious flavorful juicy wine with tropical sweet fruit like pineapple and guava, some lime and anise, white flowers nice spiciness (ginger clove nutmeg) and plenty of acidity. Seems to have some refined wood, but it doesn't. Pleasantly dry finish. Virtually no sulfite added.

Pouring temperature:8-10 °C.

Serve with: fresh goat cheese, paella, chicken with lemon, and giant exciting with sauerkraut garni; taco pulled jack fruit

4 Quinta do Regueiro. Vinho Regional do Minho, Portugal

Winemaker Paolo Rodrigues makes irresistibly delicious "Vinho Verde" from Alvarinho and Trajadura grapes at his mini winery. Delicious, pure, subtle and elegant. Broad and juicy with in the aroma white fruits (pear peach and citrus) and flowers. The Alvarinho grape lends lively freshness to the gently aromatic, powerful and intense Trajadura grape through its beautiful acidity.

Serving temperature:8-10 °C.

Serve with: Brandade, almost all fish, salmon, salmon with asparagus, squid with peppers from the grill, Plaice with ravigotte, raw shellfish, dashi, chicken

5 RATZENBERGER BACHARACHER RIESLING MITTELRHEIN GERMANY

Ointmentally soft, pure and clean. Cool wine (mouthfeel reminiscent of the coolness of a cave yes really )

Beautiful area typical mineral spiciness with wonderfully fresh vibrant clean acidity. Digestible defiantly delicious wine that invites you to take another sip! Fine citrus notes in the nose, ripe green apple, vineyard peach and jasmine blossom.Wonderfully fresh vibrant acidity that perfectly matches the aromatic richness.

Serve with appetizers, fish beurre blanc with yuzu, beef tataki, but also as an everyday wine.

6 Vergel Rosado, Bodegas Pinoso, Valencia, Spain

Winemaker Anna Amat uses only native yeasts, works organically and uncompromised. Provence-colored rose from 100% organically grown non-irrigated old vine Monastrell (Mourvedre) grapes, hand-picked in the early morning.
Authentic, incomparable, distinctive and made virtually without the addition of sulfur. Unique wine with very own character exotic nose, velvety mild fresh elegant, subdued powerful and lively with long finish. Slate soil at 600m altitude

Soft creamy and velvety with hefty dose of red fruits, cherries, violets and some spiciness. Pure Montepulciano from family-owned Paolucci. Versatile with meat, fish and veg. We say Yes! to this organic, pure (no wood aging ) Tempranillo from the heart of La Mancha. Harvested at night to avoid oxidation and not filtered to preserve all the flavor. Winemakers Manuel and Amparo Álvarez-Arenas strive for perfection at every level. Soft as velvet with happy fruit and something of spiciness. Pouring temperature:14 - 16 °C

9 BRACCHETTO DACQUI VALLE DELLE ROSE, ACQUESE PIEMONTE ITALY

Truly overwhelming and irresistible. Deliciously light-hearted ending to the meal. Little alcohol (5.5%) but a lot of fun!

Bursting with fruit, roses cherries and raspberries ...also then also some violets, and blueberries, broad and open, delicious seduction in the scent, full and fruity in the taste, with a pleasant mousse, pleasantly sweet but not too J (is due to the bubbly), delicious red and black fruits, cherries, fresh acids and a pleasant tingle in the finish.

Nice aperitif, but also a good combination with a savory tart with goat cheese and blueberries, and of course as a dessert wine with desserts with chocolate and cherries.

Temperature: 8°C.

Storage: until 2024.
