Family-owned Pratello is located on the southwest side of Lake Garda. Here they have been working 100% organic and certified since 2004. According to owner Vicenzo Bertola, this was a logical consequence of their philosophy of life. The particularly beautifully situated azienda is considered the organic example for the area. A true family business, everyone participates, from Mom in the kitchen of the restaurant to Vicenzo in the wine estate. Pratello produces, based on authentic grapes like rebo, manzoni, gropello and lugana real area-typical wines. All very convincing and expressive. Logical: the winemaker Emiliano Rossi (Ca dei Frati) is very highly regarded and likes to experiment with new techniques combined with the application of natural yeasts. A real wine prodigy!
