    El Picarohas a great deep color. It has an intense aroma of dark fruits, such as blackberries and blueberries. Mineral notes also appear, creating a fresh wine with complexity. In the mouth this wine again dominates with fruit sensations, a wine with body; although at the same time it leaves a pleasant, tasty impression. The ripeness of the grapes from which this wine is made contribute to this.
    El Reciois a corpulent wine with a lot of finesse. El Recio has an intense nose with notes of chocolate, black fruit and vanilla.On the palate the taste is striking, predominantly round and silky, very blissful with subtle sweet hints.Fruity notes linger on the finish, as do mineral notes.This is a full-bodied wine that is at the same time very pleasant to drink.
    El Viejo has a deep cherry color with violet tones in the rim. Thanks to the barrel aging applied, the wine has a very intense nose with aromas of ripe black fruit, well integrated with toasted, spiced and smoky notes. Thick and full in the mouth with very ripe and round tannins that give it its sweet softness. In the long and persistent finish, again ripe fruits appear, perfectly composed with the toasted character of the wood.

    • About the vineyard

      Driven by the desire to make wine without haste, Raul Acha searched for the best vineyard in the Toro area. Matsu, which means "patient balance" in Japanese, perfectly describes the essence of this project. Matsu is inspired by the Japanese tradition of nurturing nature, purity, simplicity and the absence of artificial intervention. It pays homage to the Spanish wine tradition. All wines are made from grapes grown in a completely natural environment. The Matsu trilogy of wines represents three generations of winemakers. More than a winery or a wine, Matsu is a modern project of high quality winemaking that produces exclusive wines. Matsu refers to the connection between the Eastern drive for perfection and the most advanced biodynamic techniques of the Western world, with which the winemakers created this ecological wine. Matsu represents the essence of a natural wine, without any use of synthetic or chemical products.
