This Cuvée Bio 'Louis' from Louis de Grenelle is full and generous in the nose, reminding us of overripe fruit, along with aromas of almond and brioche. On the palate, the wine is supple, fresh and full of minerality. It leads us to a good balance between the structure of chenin blanc and a complexity caused by the assemblage with chardonnay and cabernet franc. It has aromas of forest fruits combined with a fresh attack of minerality. This wine is elegant with a round finish filled with exotic fruit.

In 2009, Hubert Bodet passed the baton to his daughter, Françoise Flao, who has been involved in the business since 1983, assisted by her husband, Jean Pierre Flao.
Françoise Flao plans for the future by focusing on leveraging the winemakers' artisanal expertise while adding a touch of modernity and innovation. However, Françoise continues to favor a quality working method, which has never compromised her signature Louis de Grenelle style over the years.
