    Terros Blanco is pale yellow with golden reflections in color. In the nose, it has aromas of ripe fruits like peach, apricot and guava, white flowers and spices like ginger and white pepper that are combined with a touch of butter. On the palate, the wine is powerful, broadly slightly sweet yet fresh. It is an elegant wine that is both traditional and modern.

    Terros Blanco is the result of an assemblage of old airén vines, a Spanish indigenous grape variety, grown traditionally in Pinoso's best non-irrigated vineyards, and sauvignon blanc, whose yields were controlled (less than 0.50 kg per vine) to obtain maximum concentration and aromatic complexity.

      La Bodega de Pinoso, founded in 1932, is an increasingly organic bodega in the warm D.O. Alicante, near Valencia. Under the inspiring leadership of Ana Amat, a talented young team works on the wines.

      They combine modern and traditional techniques, work with low levels of sulfites, and use indigenous yeasts and preferably native grape varieties such as monastrell and airèn. The subsoil and microclimate around the winery are ideal for growing these grape varieties. They give the wines of La Bodega de Pinoso just that little something extra. An 'alma de vida', Mediterranean soul as the Spanish describe it.
