The estate owns about 70 acres of which about 15 are planted with vines. Total production involves about 20,000 bottles. All grapes are picked by hand.

The white Vermentino di Sardegna has a fine balance of ripe stone fruit fruit and fine acidity. Gabriele's red wines are surprising. No heavy wines but wines full of fruit, fine ripe tannins and, above all, lots of purity. We are happy that Papa Giuseppe was able to pass on his passion to his son Gabriele.

Color with a slightly colored edge (Cannonau=grenache) soon has that). Clean aroma with a mainly floral and fruity (forest fruit) bouquet. Also mineral and something of tar. Wine is ultra refined made, has very fine acidity nicely rounded tannins and has nice bite. In short the wine is so intriguingly " delicious " that the bottle will not last long. Reminiscent of a fine Bordeaux in the finish.
