The Greek name Evodia (eu-oodia) stands for expressive fragrance, a very exact description of the aroma of this wine.
This is a perfect representation of a garnacha wine from Aragon. 100-year-old vines, with an average yield of 4,000 kg/hectare, with different sun orientation and soil composition; clay, calcareous and slate. The grapes come from vineyards located at high altitude (850m) with extreme weather conditions and pure slate soils that have an extraordinary influence on the wines. A wine with a delicate style, notes of raspberry and sweet cherry combined with intense flavor.
