Cataratto is a pure Sicilian grape variety. Straw yellow in color with a slight pearlization. Pleasant aroma with mostly white fruit (peach) and citrus. Pulp of Poire Williams! Floral impression of white flowers. Fresh and natural attack on the palate with medium acidity.
