Truly overwhelming and irresistible Delicious light-hearted ending to the meal. Little alcohol but lots of fun !

Bursting with fruit, roses cherries and raspberries ...also then also some violets, and blueberries, broad and open, delicious seduction in the aroma, full and fruity in the taste, with a pleasant mousse, pleasantly sweet but not too (because of the bubble ), delicious red and black fruits, cherries, fresh acids and a pleasant tingle in the aftertaste. Nice aperitif, but also a good combination with a savory tart with goat cheese and blueberries, and of course as a dessert wine with desserts with chocolate and cherries.
