Biodynamically and vegan made Dornfelder from the heart of Rheinhessen (zw Mainz) Spicy and soft at the same time. In the taste lots of fruit like cherries and raspberries, in the aftertaste impression of raisins. Short aging in large barrels gives more roundness and structure but the fruit is central.

BELCANTO CHIANTI CLASSICO NITTARDI TOSCANE ITALY
Organic and vegan and once owned by Michelangelo which is reflected in the beautiful labels. Full and velvety with ripe fruit, licorice, herbs and spices. Lovely soft round tannins and long finish. A Chianti with a capital C, from vineyards located at 450 and 700 m altitude with soil of clay and stones. Firmly powerful and barrel aged (12 months in used wood). Made from 8 grape varieties: mostly Sangiovese, complemented by pugnitello, colorino, foglia tonda, mammolo, canaiolo, ciliegiolo and malvasia nera De Grote Hamersma - 9. Exciting Creamy red, choco cherries, mandolin acids, plump spice, touch of wood civilized and intriguing.
