Wine has played an important role in our social lives for centuries. A story, a gathering, a dinner, a love.... All these events are often accompanied by fine wines. Well of Wine offers a series of wines, each made from a single grape variety, also called a "monocépage. The back label therefore depicts the hand of the winemaker, holding grapes. Well of Wine wines are accessible and sustainably produced, using the most contemporary winemaking techniques. Wines for everyone; layman and connoisseur alike.
A chardonnay, beautifully pale yellow in color with aromas of ripe white and yellow fruit, elegantly underpinned with brief wood contact, adding depth to the wine. The viognier is lovely, elegant with fine floral notes and a hint of ripe apricot, mouth-filling, mineral and optimal in terms of value for money. The invigorating sauvignon blanc is finely berry and freshly dry. The pale colored rosé effortlessly sweeps many a much more expensive peer. There is also a red wine made from 100% merlot grapes, beautifully dark red with fine aromas of ripe red fruit and a touch of earthiness which makes it soft and accessible.
All assemblages, from different parcels, we make ourselves in consultation with two oenologists. Bottling takes place under ISO standard 9002.
