About Fonjoya

Located at an altitude of 160 meters at the foot of the Larzac hills, the vineyards of Fonjaya stretch out. The very stony clay-limestone soil along with the dry climate in summer limit yields.

Both during growth and harvest, the grapes are surrounded with the utmost care. To give the wine a favorable start from the beginning, it is extremely important to avoid bruising the grapes. Indeed, this could cause early fermentation. Regular tasting, analysis and careful blending maintain the quality of the wines. The new exterior design makes Terzac even more attractive.
