Description
This Cabernet Sauvignon has a young, refreshing character with powerful and accentuated fruity aromas. The wine underwent fermentation in stainless steel barrels for about 7 days, malolactic fermentation and six months of aging also in stainless steel barrels to maintain the fruity character.
The growing season prior to harvest started with a rainy winter. Flowering started with moist soil and good growing conditions. Spring started earlier than usual, leading to early maturity in most plots. The beginning of spring was marked by a strong growth of the vines, which put the winegrowers under pressure to harvest on time. The weather was moderate throughout the season with no extreme events. The vintage shows signs of very high quality.
