The Sanz family has four generations of winegrowers. Agustín Nanclares, the great-grandfather of Javier, started this tradition. He made wine from the grapes that were grown on their estate; Narcisa villa. Knowledge and know-how are the most important assets of this winery. Great care is given to all facets of the winemaking process. The modern winery, in combination with 104 hectares of vineyards, is their "wine soul." They believe in the traditional relationship between grower and vine. Today, the latest technology is used during the winemaking process to preserve all qualities of the grape as well as possible.
